A weekly check-in at our Enumclaw office is required, but day-to-day you work where the work is.

Compensation and Benefits

$25.00 to $75.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

Depending on your position, day-to-day work includes installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems; ductless mini split and heat pump systems; gas piping; sheet metal fabrication; and electrical work. You will work directly with homeowners and commercial clients, represent the Treat's name on every job site, and communicate clearly with the office and your crew. Some positions require independent travel to job sites across South King and Pierce Counties. All positions require a professional attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 1. Valid driver's license, insurable 1. Physically able to perform the job for which you are applying 1. Hand tools appropriate to your skill set (tools can be provided and paid back through small paycheck deductions if needed) 1. Basic computer skills for your position — email, smartphone, iPad 1. Customer service skills and a professional attitude on every job site Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
