Our Story
In 1973, Leon Treat founded Auburn Sheet Metal & Heating with a simple vision: provide honest, reliable HVAC services to the communities of Western Washington. What began as a small, one-man operation in Auburn has grown into one of the region's most trusted home comfort companies.
Now in its third generation of family ownership, Treat's Heating & Cooling continues to operate from our headquarters in Enumclaw, WA. Over 53 years later, the values that Leon instilled in the company remain at the heart of everything we do: integrity, quality craftsmanship, and genuine care for our customers.
From our early roots in sheet metal and heating, we have expanded to offer comprehensive HVAC and indoor air quality services. But no matter how much we grow, we never lose sight of what made us who we are: a family business that treats every customer like a neighbor.
